Christmas with the Nelsons

Since our Christmas is anything but "normal" this year (in the best possible way), we are getting creative and staying flexible.  The Nelsons had planned for months now to take the kids to the Columbia Christmas Train.  They came to Jackson yesterday morning and we decided to go ahead and have our Christmas with them while they were here.  EK was PUMPED to open some gifts.  She got a year subscription to a craft of the month club.  She was thrilled to learn that she would receive a package each month with all the supplies. Sister loves a craft project!

She also got an Ariel doll. She was so tickled.

Walker took the unwrapping job very seriously.

Both kids needed the new books they received read to them immediately.

After we opened our gifts, we loaded up in the mini and hit the road to ride the train.  I have a separate post coming just for it because I may have taken just a few pictures.
