EK Takes the Stage

EK performed in her 6th recital over the weekend. She shines when she is on the stage and is filled with so much joy. It's seriously the best!
Dance friends are the best friends. It was quite difficult to get a normal picture bc these two are SILLY! They came up with some interesting poses...way too many to include in this postπŸ˜‚.

The best cheering section ever.....
So grateful for all these people!

This and That

May has been filled to the brim with lots of goodness. We started the month off in Birmingham for the wedding of one of our former students and we had a fabulous weekend with some of our favorites! Thanks for the Nelsons, my parents and Haley for handling the tiny humans at home!

I got to join this cutie for the Mother's Day tea at the preschool.
These lists are always my favorites!
Looks just like me, right?

My parent got W a new rod for his birthday so he was super pumped to get some fishing in. He was so proud of his catfish!
While W fished, Haley took the girls for a little adventure. CFA and the library for the win!

Mother's Day was a wonderful day. Church, Mexican food, a giant coke icee, a nap, and ice cream with all my people was just about perfect.
We finished out the year at the preschool!
We got to celebrate Haley's birthday with a cookout at our house. We are savoring every last minute with her before she moves this weekend. Man, we are going to miss her!
Baseball season is rocking along and W is a lucky dude to have so many people who are willing to roast in the afternoon summer sun to watch him play!
We had the best time with Aunt Carolyn in town this past weekend!
Just a few more things to mark off our calendar and then we are officially ready for summer!

Preschool Graduation πŸŽ“

Walker graduated from preschool last week. They processed in, sang some cute little songs, recited two poems and then received their certificates. He has loved the preschool so much over the last few years.
Silly boy got teased when they called his name and stuck his fingers in his ears to drown out the applause.
The gang came to cheer for the graduate.
The sweetest teachers! W has loved every minute with Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Drennan.
Best buddies! They haven't realized quite yet that they will all be at different schools next year. W will miss these precious boys so much!
