Kay Kay and G went on our little adventure as well. It's so fun to have them close by...as a side note, J, the kids and I were eating lunch at Newk's today. When we were almost finished, mom, dad, and Haley walked in without knowing we were there. Well, my kids dropped us like a bad habit and sprinted to Kay Kay and G. Sorry for messing up yalls nice, quiet lunch!! The kids thought it was the best treat ever!
They have several fun activities for the kids to do in Canton. The carousel is super fun but goes a bit too fast for my liking.
Mom and EK were standing in line and some man turned around and goes "whoa! Y'all look just alike!" Agreed.
Walker was tickled to get to ride the little fire truck around the square. He kept putting his hands over his ears because the sirens were so loud.
The truck ride was a big hit as well.
They do a "parade" each evening, I use the term loosely but the kids still thought it was great...
Especially because Elsa made an appearance. Ella Kate screamed "best day EVER!!!!!!!" after meeting her.
Walker was equally as excited to see Sparky the Fire Dog. The fire truck obsession is still in full force.
EK's class made a gingerbread man a couple of weeks ago and it ran away. They have been tracking his where abouts all over the world thanks to the help of family members sending messages about where they have spotted him. You can imagine how pumped she was to see him in Canton. We got a quick picture and he ran away again!
"I hug you so tight!" He gives great hugs.
Such a fun night together!
