The kids and I spent part of last week in Columbus. J was busy welcoming in the new 7th graders at a campout....in the 110 degree summer heat. This girl DOES NOT camp, so we hit the road and headed to Nana and Pop's!!
What kind of fun things did these two get in to at Nana and Pop's? Oh, just taped a few balloons to the bedroom wall for a little decoration and a little sink bath time. By the looks of things, they seemed to really enjoy it!!!
We were able to have dinner with the Gordon family on Wednesday. It started to rain while we were on our way to Starkville, so we decided to just pick up food and eat it at their house. Thank you Wes for braving the elements to bring us the yummy dinner!!! The kids had fun playing, and for the most part, they did pretty well. EK missed her nap that day, so she was a bit whiny. Oh well, this is real life.

We were also able to go to Amory to visit with my Mamaw Jones.
And then, my brother in law and his family came in to town. Ella Kate L.O.V.E.S to play with her cousins!!!!!
Sweet Walker got passed around to everyone. Meemaw got some cuddle time...
And so did John David...
And Gregory.
Getting kids to cooperate for a picture should be an Olympic event!!! This is the best I could get!
We had a great time getting to see lots of family and sweet friends. This week is super busy as well with preschool preparation in full swing. Luckily, the Nelsons came to Hattiesburg to keep the kids so I could work in my room unassisted!!! A blessing for sure!!!!
