The last few days have been filled with celebrating our birthday boy! Since his birthday party was several weeks ago, it was necessary (in his mind) to blow it up all weekend long! We started off with cupcakes with Nana before she headed back home. So Fun!
The next day was ice cream sandwich cake (made by chef walker) at Kay Kay and G's house.
Thanks to H and R for making a special trip back across town to play with us! Love y'all!
G gave Walker his very own putter and Walker has now set up his own putting green area in his room. And that golf hat...I die! So stinking cute!
Let me pause for a moment to discuss the fact that my rockstar daddy is doing amazing with his recovery. It is unbelievable that it has only been 2 weeks since his heart surgery. Go G!
After G showed W the correct form, W got in a little practice.

W worked on a Lego set with the help of engineer Robert. Poor Robert always gets the task of Lego construction. He is far more patient than mommy!
W rounded out the party festivities with cookie cake at school today with his friends. It's been fun celebrating the sweetest 5 year old around...now we need to eat our weights in veggies to balance out all the sugar consumed in the last few days!
