Fall Festivities

We are having the best November!  We celebrated J's birthday on the 14th. We did our best to make him feel as special as we could in the midst of normal Monday programming and activities.  We are so thankful for this man and how he loves our family and serves us so well.  He works incredibly hard and pulls crazy long hours but always finds time to go above and beyond to be intentional and make us feel valued and treasured. We are so lucky to have him!
The 14th was made even more incredible and special this year because my precious cousin Katie delivered her sweet twins. Y'all...I am over the moon in love with these sweet little ones. I can not wait to get my hands on them!
It seems like EK has at least 1 birthday party each weekend. She has had 2 at the art studio in the last week. I'm loving the new artwork she is bringing home!
EK was invited to the movie with a couple of friends from school. She loved seeing Trolls and the soundtrack has been on repeat at our house. Mom even dug up her old trolls and some of mine for EK to have. She is obsessed!
I got to observe in EKs dance class one week. There is nothing better than getting to see your child do what she loves!  I can't believe she only has a couple more weeks of practice before her Nutcracker debut!
We had our open house at the preschool last week where the kids sing some songs and showcase all thanksgiving art. The kids were especially excited about getting to have their feast "pow wow style" around the campfire. Walker's Indian name was Fire Hunter because obviously and Emma's was Dancing Star.
J was EKs date to her Thanksgiving feast. She was tickled to have him (especially because he let her check out of school early😉).
We had a family date night to Sal and Mookies. The wicky sticks, pizza and ice cream made for some really happy kiddos!
EK and S were pumped up for a little Thanksgiving break play date time. They made Christmas cookies, crafted, played and giggled a lot!  Love these sweet little friends!
We are super excited to kick off all the holiday festivities with our family and friends. I just love this time of year!
