Living In A Snow Globe❄️⛄️❄️

Living in the Deep South, winter is just something we don't have to deal with very often.  So, when the weather forecast called for a second snow in one winter, we honestly didn't know what to think or do.....except to clear the grocery stores of all the milk and bread for all the milk sandwiches we must think we are going to eat😂. We lucked out this go around and got word the night before that schools would be closed the next day so we were able to sleep in (whatever that means when you have kids that are way too excited at the thought of snow.)  We bundled up and went out to play. Emma hated the snow last time but this time she had a blast. They kids played for a while before coming in to warm up and eat lunch. We went back out that afternoon to attempt to build a snowman but we were unsuccessful since it would not pack very well. Maybe next time!

We ended our snow day fun with some snow ice cream. 2/3 of the kids were fans!  Thanks to the frigid temperatures we are enjoying a second day at home today while all the mess out side hopefully clears up and we can get back to our normal life tomorrow!  No worries Mississippi, we will be back in the upper 60s  right where we belong next week!
