Dancing Queens

There's is a whole lot of ballet happening at our house!  Emma participated in a fairy dance camp at the preschool a few weeks ago.  She's more of a free style dancer🙈 so I was curious as to how she would do in a more structured class.  Her first day was questionable (I'm going to blame that on the fact that it was just a couple of days post op) but after that, she had a blast and danced her little heart out each day!

There is really not much cuter than a tiny leotard, ballet skirt and ballet shoes! She is so proud to be a ballerina like her big sister!

Speaking of big sister....this one participated in a 2 week summer intensive program at her studio. She practiced 4-5 hours a day with a variety of instructors from around the country. She really enjoyed it and she learned so much. I'm so proud of how hard she has worked!  In fact, all that hard work paid off as she auditioned to become a member of the dance company and was beyond thrilled to find out she was accepted and will now begin her apprentice year with MMB!
