See Ya, September!

EK spent the night with my parents and had a big time a couple weekends ago. She loaded up with books from the library and Barnes and Noble. She made cookies. She had a blast. Best of all, Aunt Carolyn was in town with projects for EK to complete!!

Speaking of projects, EK finished her first sewing project in her sewing class at school. She is so proud of her bag and I'm so impressed with how well it turned out.
Walker got to visit his happy place. A friend that works with my dad has a friend who is a firefighter.  He invited Walker to come hang our with his crew one day. Walker made cookies to share with his new friends.
Twinning with the firefighters!

The guys at the station were so sweet to Walker. They let him explore the station (including a check in the refrigerator and the bathrooms) and they answered no less than 4 million questions.
One happy little fireman!
Walker is super observant. He notices everything, so it was no surprise to catch him practicing his worship songs complete with pack and in ear monitors. He wants to be just like our worship leader, Adam!
Baby Sister has made the move into her own room!  She and EK have shared bunks for almost 2 years, but it was time for everyone to have their own space. Everyone is much happier and Emma is loving her little bed!
Emma is having a great year at school. I love getting pictures of my kids as they do their thing in school!

We got home from tennis the other night and the weather felt spectacular. We played outside until dark and it was the best time. We had quite a crew from our neighborhood join in the football fun in our yard.

Mom, Haley and I flew to Virginia this weekend to hang out with Jordan and Ross and celebrate our cousin Katie's new babies at her baby shower. We had the perfect trip. I'll share some pictures from the shower and pictures of what the kids were up to while I was away as soon as I can!
