Today was the first day of FIRST GRADE!!!!!! EK woke up bright and early ready to go. She barely even ate her breakfast because she was so anxious to get out the door.

Her sweet teacher sent us a couple of pictures throughout the day with a little note telling us that things were going well. Here she is making her way down the first grade hall for the first time!

So thankful to see this girl's smiling face at 3:00 today! Her favorite things from today included going to art, the "stools that were attached to the table....literally" in the lunchroom, all the things in her desk, and pretty much everything else because in her words, "it was the best day of my life!" Who could ask for anything more?!?!
