Tidbits

We had the chance to take part in a really special day at church last week. We started our morning by helping to pack 100,000 meals with Rise Against Hunger. W and EK were great helpers and carried countless bags from the filling tables to the weighing and sealing stations. They had a blast!

W even got to ring the gong to let everyone know we had reached a milestone in the counting to 100,000. Look closely at the gong...made in Wuhan, China....where Emma is from!!!

Our meal packing happened to take place on the day of the national championship for the state girls. So, we obviously had to wear our maroon in support!!!
EKs class created mystery box book reports to showcase a mystery they read. EK read a Nancy Drew book and had great, elaborate plans to create a museum for her box. She worked super hard and did a fabulous job!  She got a 100😉

Our nephew John David was in town this weekend for tennis so we went to watch him on Friday.
Quiet sports are really not their forte.

Happy to see this guy do his thing... even if they look like zebras in this pic thanks to crazy shadows!
Oh, you know...just a normal day at preschool! Emma and I had fun getting  to hang out with some animals on Friday!

EK and my mom went to the school's production of Beauty and the Beast on Friday night . They said it was really good and I know they had a fun time together!

A little Sunday snap from this morning.  I just love spring colors!

We've been working through our resurrection eggs. This is one of our favorite things to do as we prepare for Easter! Can't believe it is already here!!!
