BSL Fun Part 2

Next up on our adventure on the coast was a visit to the Institute for Marine Mammal Studies. We had never been to this place but we will surely be back again! I loved the educational side of our tour and we learned a ton about conservation. The kids loved the hands on discovery time they got to have with all the animals.

A highlight for sure was getting to see the dolphins they care for as they interacted with their trainers. Walker has spent the last several days pretending to be a dolphin trainer and has made us watch countless shows🐬

The sea lion show was so fun as well.

We learned a great deal about how the IMMS rescues, rehabilitates, and releases marine animals (and  reptiles and birds as well.)  It was a great experience!
