We enjoyed a little family birthday party to celebrate Walker today. We grilled out, the kids played, we visited. It was pretty great!! Here are some shots from the day with some of our favorite people...

I may have made a tactical mistake with this gift!!! Walker has been begging our worship leader to let him sing with the band WITH the mic turned on (he always plays with the microphones after the sound is turned off) and Adam has made some big promises that W will get to sing in the service soon. Well, I ordered him his very own microphone and speaker so he could practice. He has been singing for the last 4 hours non stop....LOUDLY!!!!
Jordan and Ross sent W this cool crane. He keeps lifting up his firemen and them dropping them from the bucket. He says they are practicing to escape a fire in a tall building.
The microphone was necessary to sing "Happy Birthday." Obviously!

We loved playing with Aunt Carolyn! The kids put on quite a concert for her!
It's crazy that Walker is 4 years old! The days are long but the years are short, for sure. We loved getting to celebrate him today!!!
