Cookies With Aunt Betty
Aunt Betty invited us over to make Christmas cookies like we do each year. This is such a fun tradition and all 3 of mine loved every minute of the cookie making process!
Thanksgiving Break is Awesome--Part 2
The Riverwalk is one of my favorite spots in Columbus. We attempted some Christmas card pictures one day, but my people were just not in the mood. Most of the shots I got looked like some version of this. Nice, Emma.
I did manage to get a couple of decent ones before I threw in the towel and went to the house.
EK adores ballet but has not shown any interest in any organized sports activities. Well, she now thinks she has found her sport. I guess we will be trying out the tennis courts with this one. Bless her heart. She would find a sport that wears a skirt!!! (And she will need an actual tennis racket instead of the racket ball one!)
Walker got in on the action as well.
Emma wants to drive the gator by herself so badly. She's not quite tall enough so she has to settle with being chauffeured.
Sweetness.
There were many laps made around the house!
This bunch had the best time playing in Columbus!
Thanksgiving Break is Awesome--Part 1
Our Thanksgiving break has been filled with family, friends and food and it has been just perfect. Aunt Carolyn came into town early in the week and we loved getting to play. She brought the kids fun treats from her trip to Russia and it was so nice to get caught up and hear about all her adventures. (Walker made her wear a preschool apron because everyone needs an apron. Glad she is a good sport!)
My little loves before we left for dinner.....
We packed up and headed north on Wednesday. We were all beyond thrilled to get to hang out with the Gordon crew! The kids played so well together and it is always a treat to get to visit with my sweet friend Meaghan! The cutest China dolls in the world!
Ella Kate, Mary Reeves, and Mary Reeves (EKs American girl doll)
Precious little friends
Who else is loving this gorgeous weather??? My kids loved every minute of being outside at the Nelsons!
You don't ride around on the golf cart in your pajamas?
My kids have taken over the doll table and chairs. Emma thinks it is just perfect for her snacks.
Walker might be a little big for this car.
This girl spends her days crafting.
More pictures to come......

Down On The Farm
We spent one afternoon in Houston visiting J's aunt and uncle on their farm. My kids had an absolute blast running through all the fields. I followed them around with the camera. Shocker.
Nana snagged a picture of our wild 5 while we were playing that we will use for our Christmas cards! Thanks, Nana!
We loved getting to visit with Aunt Christine and Uncle Jim!
J and Pop took Walker to the little church down the road in Buena Vista that Pop grew up in. It is the cutest little church ever and Walker did a little preaching!
We so enjoyed our day in the country! It was simply wonderful!
